1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankWBS website (rankwbs.pro) and any services provided by RankWBS ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

RankWBS provides digital marketing, advertising, web development, and business mentorship services. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Web Development: Sales funnel design, landing pages, payment integration, full website development, and website SEO.
  • Brand Visibility: Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Business Profile Optimization: Google Business Profile listing, Local SEO, and Map Pack optimization.
  • Digital Marketing & Mentorship: Consulting and educational guidance on business creation, product launch, and monetization.

The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement provided to you before work begins.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and materials required for the project.
  • Respond to communications and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure that any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms we use on your behalf (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing before the start of any project. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project slot and begin work.
  • Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
  • Ongoing advertising management fees are billed monthly and are separate from the ad spend paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).

Refund Policy: Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us so we can discuss a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RankWBS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without express written permission.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment for a project, the final deliverables (e.g., website files, ad creatives) become your property. However, we retain the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for your business, digital marketing and advertising inherently involve factors outside our control (such as platform algorithm changes, market shifts, and competitor actions).

Therefore, RankWBS does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to specific traffic numbers, lead volumes, or revenue increases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankWBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes instances where a client is abusive, requests unethical or illegal work, or fails to make timely payments.

If you wish to terminate an ongoing service (such as monthly ad management), we require written notice (via email or WhatsApp) at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
